Dallas County Counts

Your count will determine how many seats we get in Congress

We need your help during this time in our country to make sure that your voices are heard because you matter.

Each district must have more or less an equal population to ensure fair representation, which is why taking the census is crucial. Without your count, unfair political advantages can occur which will manipulate district boundaries to favor one particular group over another. With so many systemic injustices being unveiled in real-time, we have to make the conscious effort to take the census in our hard-to-count communities to be represented and not forgotten when it comes time for changes in policy, law, and leadership.

It's estimated that Texas will gain 2-4 new congress representatives because of the growth the state has had from 2010-2018, more than double the national growth rate of 6 percent!

Remember, there’s power in numbers. Go to www.2020Census.gov and get counted today.

Collectively, our census count will determine how the population's congressional districts are drawn. If our voices aren't heard, unfair political advantages can occur, which can manipulate district boundaries to favor one particular group over another. #DallasCounts2020

Your contribution will help Texas gain between 2-4 seats in congress because of the growth we've seen in the last 10 years. We need you to take the census so congressional redistricting will reflect and represent the communities that have been historically undercounted. Your count will help make the critical change our neighborhoods deserve. Be part of the change. Go to www.2020Census.gov and take action. #DallasCounts2020
